This Whistleblower form is only to be used for reporting suspicions of fraud or wrongdoing by Sukoon's network providers, staff, or any other party.  Please write your suspicions in the “Details of concern” box, and disclose all available information such as the identity of the wrongdoer(s), the date, the place and the nature of events.

Although not preferable, you also have the option of not disclosing your identity and/or contact details.

Please note that ONLY Sukoon's Special Investigation Unit and the Internal Audit Department have access to the information submitted.
